Get ready to be artsy with this super easy set, inspired by the theme of new beginnings.  There are multiple possibilities of things to make with these paper beads.  We've included directions for creating your own mosaic with these paper beads.  All you need is glue and a picture frame for display.  Or, paint the cactus design (printed on beautifully textured beverage coaster paper) with your own watercolors and string the beads together to make your own bracelet (you provide the string).  The sky is the limit.  Each kit contains cactus picture, 2 bags of beads, and a drawstring African print bag.

All paper beads are created in partnership with Street Business School in Uganda and donated to us to help raise funding for our upcoming school in rural Kenya.  All proceeds from this product benefit our school.

Comes in a handmade drawstring bag created by James, Jenipher, Millicent, and Helen in Kenya.

    Sustainability

We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainable business practices, whether that’s our Kraft recycled bags or the sustainable practices our vendors follow. We’re doing our best to be good for Mother Earth.

  • Inclusive Community

Inclusivity is at the core of what we do, whether it’s size, gender, sexual orientation, or race, we are welcoming with open arms. Our store is a safe space for all.

  • Empowering Women

Women are overlooked in countries in the global south, meaning they are the first to end up in poverty, unless they have a son to take care of them. But giving handouts isn’t what we do, we purchase our goods from women who’ve been empowered to make their own money!
